The Takshashila Institution hosted a roundtable discussion on ‘Critical Minerals - Strategic Importance and Challenges’ with Dr. Thomas Lograsso, Director of the Critical Minerals Innovation Hub led by Ames National Laboratory, Iowa, on March 4th, 2025.
Takshashila researchers and representatives from the Center for East Asian Studies at Christ University joined the discussion. Dr Lograsso presented insights on the US Critical Minerals Strategy, highlighting the crucial role of critical minerals in energy transition amidst supply chain vulnerabilities, geopolitical risks, and increasing economic importance.
